Thus no Personal Information of the Users is either used for any commercial purpose or passed on to Third Parties, except the publicly available information about vehicles as provided by the banks. In case the App stores any Personal Information, such information is used only for the limited purpose of analyzing statistical data for the better functionality of the App. Such Personal Information is deleted from our Servers as soon as this Personal Information is no longer required.

As far as the Non-Personal Information of our Users is concerned, Bank Info may disclose such information to our trusted partners who shall comply with this Privacy Policy and relevant laws. Bank Info shall ensure that the Personal Information is kept separate from the Non-Personal Information. Non Personal information is also only temporarily stored on our servers and is collected when a User interacts and uses our App.

The Personal Information of User is the same information which is publically available on Government Parivahan Service. The same information is made available to the Users of our App. In case the Government Parivahan Service stops showing some or all of the Personal Information, Bank Info undertakes to follow suit and withdraw the disclosure of all information except the one publically being shown by Government Parivahan Service.

If the Users of Bank Info share any information on the App or the Third Party links on the App, such content or information shared by the Users may be visible to other Users and can be read, collected and used by them.

Any reviews of our App by the Users are also in public domain and are accessible to the public at large.

Bank Info without any prior permission do not permit anyone to load/hyperlink any part of the App to any other App/website. Bank Info also do not permit any app/blog or any social media pages to be hyperlinked to Bank Info's App.

By accessing this website the user agrees that Bank Info will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, of any nature whatsoever, arising from the use or inability to use website and from the material contained in this App or in any link thereof. The use of the App or any incidental issue that may arise shall be strictly governed by the laws in force in India and by using this App the user submits himself/herself to the exclusively jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi/New Delhi.

The copyright of the material contained in this App exclusively belongs to and is solely vested with Bank Info. The access to this App does not license the User to reproduce or transmit or store anywhere or disseminate the contents of any part thereof in any manner.
